How can your programs help me?

The program will automatically create a pre-addressed email using Microsoft Outlook simply by double-clicking an address in the program’s “Address Book”.

Similarly, if you want to write a letter, the program will automatically open Microsoft Word for you, and pre-populate the mailing address.

In addition, if you have a modem installed in your computer, then the program will dial any number that you double-click on, saving you the effort of doing this yourself, and possibly mis-dialling.

How do I purchase and licence a program using PayPal?

I’ve lost my password & can no longer access my account?

Don’t worry – you can reset your account password by visiting this page. Simply enter your username or email address and we’ll send you instructions for how to reset your password.

Can you send me a CD containing the software?

Yes. On the software product page there is an option to pay an additional £10 (GBP) for a copy of the software on a disk. This price includes postage & packaging.

Please note that this does not include a license key. If you wish to purchase a license key you must pay extra.

How do I obtain a license key?

After your 30 day free trial has ended, you will need to purchase a license key for the relevant software. To purchase a license key, navigate to the software page within our shop and follow the instructions.
