Hold all of your names and find them by category, name, address and telephone number – Do an envelope for a letter, by exporting an address and opening Word at the same time – Do labels from the addresses page for parcels or letters – Attach pictures, see related files and standard letters – If you have lists you can add people to them from the address book – See past appointments, treatments and private notes – Name 5 names in your address book to reflect your personal interest, for example people’s weight, height, ethnicity or anything else; you can then use that information to find people to be added to lists or email lists – See details of two other people, without moving from the address you are on

Select client, select product, shows ‘In Stock’, unit and price, enter number and ‘Tick to Invoice’
These are ways of grouping people for communication (see address book) – Use mail merge for letters, or bulk labelling for letters and Christmas – See addresses of anyone and communicate with them by phone, etc – See date of list, and send and copy names from one list to another
